The following pricing descibes the price of our basic homes. We hope the information will serve as a guide to help estimate the cost of your desired home. These figures are based upon a basic home within a 100 mile radius of Lubbock, TX; delivered and set down on location (a turn key job). You will be responsible for the tying -in of plumbing, gas, water, and electricity.
